Proof of damage (clear photos and/or unboxing video) must be provided to initiate the process.

The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.




4. Non-Returnable Items


Products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return/refund.


Customized or perishable items are strictly non-returnable.
